Shipping Policy

We offer FREE USPS Standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of at least $75 - NOT VALID DURING SALES OR ON SALE ITEMS. Not valid on furniture or preloved designer handbags. Not valid on Yeti Coolers they are for pick up only unless you contact us and arrange a shipping method. Some exclusions may apply. No coupon code necessary! Spin to Win Free Shipping will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority.

Furniture items can not be shipped. All furniture must be picked up within 72 hours. We do not offer delivery. 

Preloved designer handbags have a flat fee of $25 for shipping. This includes a tracking number, signature upon delivery and insurance for the value of the bag. Pick up is also available at no additional  charge.

How Long After I Place An Order Will It Be Shipped?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within one business day(s) of the order. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days will be shipped by the upcoming Tuesday. It typically takes 3-5 business days to receive your order but can take up to 7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping is only available within the U.S.A.

Modern Me Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. We ship most packages via The United Postal Service. USPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package. USPS Customer Service: 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. If your address is not correct you have 6 hours to email us at modernmeclothing@gmail.com with the correct address. We also suggest you call us at 863-875-8906 to confirm the email was received and processed. Modern Me Boutique is not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for any and all shipping cost associated with returning your item. Please consider using trackable shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not held responsible for your return.

What Can Cause My Order To Be Delayed?

    1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.

    2. If your “ship to” address is different than your billing address, we will call and verify to make sure you (the card holder) is/are the person placing the order. This process may delay your order.

    3. During large sales and promotional events, shipping time can be delayed up to 2 business days. Please note that orders are only shipped on business days (Monday-Friday).
    4. During our promotional and peak shopping days period your order may not be shipped as quickly as normal.  If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method so you can receive your order on time! Your patience is greatly appreciated and we will do everything possible to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address Once My Order Is Placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us at 863-875-8906 within 6 hours to change your address.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at this time. We currently only ship within the U.S.
