Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item contact us at email@example.com within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact at the above email and our customer service team will be more than happy to get it all sorted out!
If you wish to return any item(s) please read the return policy below. If your item(s) meet all the requirements please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Form. When requesting a Return Authorization Form please include your Order Number.
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be postmarked and returned within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization (ex: a monogrammed item) is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- All authentic preloved designer bags are FINAL SALE.
- All furniture is FINAL SALE.
- All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge.
- Accessories, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Bralettes, Bodysuits, Leotards and Gift Certificates are Final Sale and Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape. or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee.
- Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please allow our team 5 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
- Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, and any sale or discounted items are, non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, cannot be returned for a store credit or be exchanged!
- Please ensure all returns meet the above stated requirements before printing the Return Authorization Form. If merchandise does not meet the requirements listed above the items will be returned to you at your expense.
Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not technically do exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit.
